Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 6–15 business days. OSSEP takes 1–3 business days to carefully inspect, prepare, and package each order before it ships.

How do I keep an eye on my package?

Once your order ships, OSSEP will send a tracking number by email or text. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans the shipment.

Do you ship outside the USA?

At this time, OSSEP ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

What ways can I pay?

OSSEP accepts most major payment methods including:

What currency will I be charged in?

All purchases made through OSSEP are processed securely in United States Dollars (USD).

My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?

First verify that your billing address exactly matches the address associated with your payment method. If the problem continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons. You may need to contact your bank or attempt checkout with another payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Easy Return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from OSSEP, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact us at support@ossep.com with your order number. The OSSEP support team will respond with instructions and the return address.

Are there any hidden fees for returns?

OSSEP does not charge restocking fees. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind.

Troubleshooting Issues

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it.

Please allow 24–48 hours as some carriers mark packages delivered slightly early. We also recommend checking with neighbors or building management. If the package still hasn’t appeared, contact the carrier first and then email us so we can assist.

I received the wrong item — what now?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email support@ossep.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. OSSEP will prioritize sending the correct item at no additional cost.
