By placing an order on OSSEP, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a secure and transparent transaction process for all customers shopping with OSSEP.
Secure Payment Methods
OSSEP accepts a variety of secure payment methods to provide a flexible and convenient checkout experience:
- Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Online Payment Platforms: PayPal (when available at checkout)
All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted third-party payment gateways. OSSEP does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on its servers.
Order Authorization and Charging
When you place an order with OSSEP:
- Authorization: Your payment method will first be verified to confirm available funds and validity.
- Payment Capture: Your account will be charged immediately after checkout is successfully completed.
- Verification: OSSEP reserves the right to review transactions to prevent fraudulent activity. If suspicious activity is detected, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Pricing and Taxes
- Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping destination and local regulations.
- Price Changes: OSSEP reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, once an order is successfully placed, the price paid at checkout will remain final.
Billing Information Accuracy
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing and account information for all purchases made through OSSEP. This includes keeping your email address, payment method, and billing address up to date so we can process orders and contact you if necessary.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact OSSEP support as soon as possible at support@ossep.com.
- If the order has not yet entered processing, it may be canceled and fully refunded.
- If the order has already entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, the order will fall under the return policy.
Payment Declines
If your payment does not go through, please try the following:
- Confirm your billing address matches your bank or card provider records.
- Check that your card has not expired.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available.
- Contact your bank to confirm the transaction is not being blocked for security reasons.
