When will my order arrive?
Most customers receive their orders within 6–15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, OSSEP will email you a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
What currency are payments processed in?
All orders placed through OSSEP are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, contact our support team and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.
My tracking says delivered but I don’t have my package.
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered slightly early. Please allow 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier and then reach out to our support team.
